Praneet has 20 years of technical leadership, development and delivery experience in IT industry. Prior to AlphaDot, he held key positions with companies like Cisco Systems and DXC Technology in product development and software engineering. Praneet is a pragmatic leader with clear focus on customer needs, business priorities, problem solution and technology drivers. He was instrumental in building and managing highly scalable and reliable systems during his corporate career. He is passionate about devOps, performance engineering and software design.
Sidharth bakliwal
Co-founder
Siddharth has amassed approximately 18 years of diverse industry experience, primarily in the realms of insurance, marketing campaigns, and security. His professional journey has been largely shaped by his tenure at DXC Technologies, where he has made significant contributions across various roles. In addition to his work at DXC Technologies, Siddharth has served as a consultant for several multinational corporations, leveraging his extensive knowledge and skills to drive impactful solutions.
Siddharth began his career as a Junior Developer, where he honed his technical skills and gained foundational experience. Over the years, he demonstrated remarkable growth and proficiency, advancing to the role of Technical Manager. In this capacity, Siddharth has effectively led teams of Project Analysts (PAs) and Business Analysts (BAs), showcasing his leadership and management capabilities.
